The interior of the house has the original hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings throughout. Cheerful gas log fireplace in the living room. Tile floor in bathrooms and kitchen, Corian countertop in kitchen and bathroom.
Cooking will be a pleasure in the bright, fully equipped kitchen with its well-appointed layout with gas oven and stove top. Sip your morning coffee in a cozy breakfast nook. The outside deck is accessed through the French door from the dining room.
Attached one-car garage and additional parking on the street. The completely enclosed back and side yard is perfect for privacy. A washer and dryer are located in the garage just off the kitchen.

To keep the house free of allergy for other quests and the owner, we cannot allow any size of pets.

No loud noise
After 10 pm
Because of its residential neighborhood, we ask you to reduce any loud music or noise after 10 pm

Remove Shoes
Wet and/or Soiled Shoes
Because of the old hard wood floor, please help remove shoes preferably inside of house or at least when the shoes are wet or soiled.

Check In/Out
In 4:00 pm Out 11:am
Since guests might check in the same day, we ask you to leave promptly at 11:00 am to leave time for the cleaning crew to turn it over for the next guests.

Earl is a retired Chief Financial Officer and consultant for trouble companies. Brigitte is semi-retired and a founder of a "Start-Up" Chief Financial Officer/Advisor consulting firm for European-technology companies expanding in the US.
They bought the house in 2010.
